Andrew Beamon is an experienced leader in Social Impact, Corporate Social Responsibility, Racial Equity, Community Engagement, and Employee Engagement.
He is the US Corporate Citizenship Senior Manager with a Global Financial Institution In his role, he builds and leads programs to help colleagues make meaningful contributions to the community.
Prior to joining the financial institution, he worked as the Director of Field Operations for the SCORE Association, and as a Human Capital Consultant with The Gallup Organization.
Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in hospitality and tourism administration from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina, and his master’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut.
He completed Georgetown’s Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management Executive Certification and Boston College’s Certification in Strategic Corporate Citizenship Management.
Currently resides in his hometown, Waterbury, Connecticut.
